"Who is Joe Ramsey?" you ask? You didn't? Well, I'll tell you anyway....

Joe Ramsey is a thirtysomething computer security engineer working in Atlanta. He's smart, and talented, and a good friend to have around in a crisis (he's actually a good friend to have around even when you're not in a crisis, but the crisis part sounded a lot more dramatic). Joe is into dramatic statements. Joe is the kind of guy you'd want to bring home to meet your parents, especially if your parents are loaded and generous. Joe is a fan of the Oxford comma, and an even bigger fan of the type of person who knows what that is, why it's important, and why it's correct. Joe believes that all existence is merely an environment where limited manifestations of a single super-consciousness can interact with itself, because, really, what else would a single super-consciousness alone in the universe for the breadth of eternity do to pass the time? Joe hopes that our species makes contact with an intelligent species from another part of our galaxy that gives us enough of a technological boost to allow us to really explore at least our own galaxy, if not our corner of the universe. Joe also thinks that's not likely to happen, but hopes to at least set foot on the moon before shuffling off this mortal coil. Joe is interested in anything that makes him think hard about something; he also, paradoxically, enjoys things that make him unaware of his own existence for short periods of time. Joe enjoys making things and figuring out how to make better things.
